What make homeconcepts different from other refurbishment companies ?
We offer our clients a turn key package taking the worry and stress out of your renovation and refurbishment projects. This allows our clients to have as little (or as much) involvement as they’d like.
Which areas do you cover ?
We are based in central London allowing us to cover all London areas
What services do you provide ?
Refurbishment & modernisation, kitchen design & installation, bathroom design & installation, central heating & plumbing works, plastering, decorating, wood flooring, audio visual installation, home automation; painting and decorating -interior/exterior.

Is there any charge for a quote?
We make no charge for our initial consultation. Within which we would look to compile a detailed breakdown of your requirements and then compile your quote.
Do you have any letters from satisfied customers ?
We have many! Please click on references above to read some of the recent feedback we have received on our services. We’d also be happy to put you on touch directly with some of previous clientele.
How will my quote be calculated?
We charge all our work based on the detailed quote / specification you receive not by the time taken, so you will know the costs of the works before we start.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance ?
Yes ! We have a £5,000,000.00 cover. We are more than happy to supply a copy of our cover with your quote.
How do I find out what building controls and planning permissions I might need ?
Some works are classed as permitted development and others require planning consent and sometimes listed building consent. Please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help with this.
Should I hire an architect or engineer and how do I find one ?
It is as well to hire a project team that can work together. Hence we are more than happy to put you in touch with architects we have worked with.
Can homeconcepts provide architect and structural drawings ?
We can either produce these in house or offer you the details of a number of Architectural and Structural engineering firms we have and still work with.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical works ?
Yes we handle everything with our own teams of experienced NICEIC / Gas Safety register (Corgi) engineers registered tradesmen.
How is payment made for projects ?
We accept an initial deposit followed by stage payments and the balance to be paid when you are totally satisfied with your project completion.
Is there any type of formal documentation to confirm my project requirements and costs ?
Yes, we will provide you with an agreement signed by both ourselves and you the client outlining the project costs and the specification of the works. It’s nothing to lengthy although we feel it’s a great reassurance for our customers.
How will my project be planned ?
A project plan incorporating a Gantt chart will be created for your project outlining the overall timings and milestones for the project.
