We must be the only family in England who would attempt to have our entire four storey house renovated whilst still in-situ.
However given both financial constraints and our desire to have each room completed to the same standard that is exactly what we chose to do.
We were introduced to Homeconcepts following a strong recommendation from a friend and found their final quote competitive. The team did a great job and we were very pleased with the final result which matched our initial expectations. The builders kept to their word of only working core hours, were polite, flexible and did not intrude in any way on our personal living space. We were impressed that the work was finished a week ahead of schedule but even more so that the cost largely came in on budget. We were kept informed of progress on an almost daily basis and they made themselves available for our (thousands) of questions and modification requests at all times.
I have already recommended the firm to one close friend and would not hesitate to do so to others.

Robert, their project manager was on site regularly to inspect the progress. I was updated by Robert on a regular basis on the progress – and never felt anything but confidence things where under control.
Great customer service – always involving me in any unexpected design issues (e.g. that carpeting was more appropriate for the Victorian stairway I have)
The builders were very professional and highly skilled – the finishing was to a very high standard indeed.
Robert re-visited a week or so after the flat was completed to go through any snagging – it was very hard to find anything to change.

To sum up I think that I have received the best service I could have hoped for and I was never treated as a client with a project that has to be ticked off, rather than someone who’s wellbeing was a central concern to all the team members at Homeconcepts. I think Homeconcepts have a great team, who can span the spectrum of the first time, “know-nothing” home-owners like me all the way to big, seasoned projects.
