Meet, Quote, Measure, Design, Permissions, Build…
We typically meet with a client for an initial run through of requirements, getting an idea for the style / specification for the overall works. We’ll then get back to you with a detailed quote with various recommendations on design / planning / fixtures / fittings based on our discussions.
From here they’ll most likely be a few further revisions as the specification is finalised towards either planning or project start. To date we have completed over 345 renovations and have a large clientele we’d be more than happy to put you in touch with for references, needless to say you are also more than welcome to drop by and see some of our on-going projects.
Two Project Approaches..
Standard Process
Our standard process allows for progressing various elements of the project once planning is received; this reduces the risk of revisions being required due alterations being requested during the planning process.
Express Process
Our express process saves around 6- 8 weeks as various elements such as structural drawings and Building Control are progressed while awaiting planning approval for the project; this can lead to duplication of work if alterations are requested during the planning process although allows a faster start.
