Over the years we’ve completed 320 kitchens; from contemporary matt in Sloane Square, to Beach chic in California we have the experience to create your dream kitchen. We’ll help you all the way from planning and design right through to installing the last handle in order to create an amazing kitchen for your home.
Bathrooms
With over 720 bathrooms completed to date we could say we know bathrooms; we’ll help plan and design your dream bathroom; sourcing amazing fixtures, fittings and tiles. We’ll then put care and attention into the installation to ensure you have a bathroom that will last.

We have a highly-skilled and versatile team of joiners to create an amazing variety of timber materials, using a combination of traditional skills and the latest techniques and equipment. Project management
The key to a successful renovation and building project is the project management. Each of our teams is supervised by a PRINCE 2 accredited Project Manager to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time and within budget.
We are VERY detail focused, we find that the projects that are specified with the most detail are the projects that run smoothly, have a great finish and best of all finish on time.
Architectural design
From the outset Homeconcepts strives to create a living space that you will love; that’s why we ensure that our architectural designer will meet face to face with you so that they can interpret your vision and create great designs. They will also work closely with you and advise where necessary to create designs that will meet with the requirements of any necessary Planning or Freeholder Permissions.

Interior design
homeconcepts offer everything from complete interior design projects through to individual design consultancies
We offer a range of services to suit our clients’ needs from a complete interior design project through to an individual design consultancy. From furnishings to wall coverings and overall design, we use innovative materials to create unique interiors for our clients.
Planning consent
Homeconcepts have extensive experience with seeking planning permission on our client’s behalf; once a final plan set is ready for submission we will create the various other planning relating documentation such as Design and Access Statements, Traffic and Acoustic reports as necessary; we handle the entire process including the documentation, submission and consultation with planners.
Freeholder permissions
Homeconcepts regularly seeks Freeholder permissions and License to Alter on our clients behalf. These are normally required within the renovation of properties owned on Leasehold basis or Share of Freehold. The process varies depending on the Managing Agents although we have extensive experience with seeking these permissions.
Listed Property Works
Homeconcepts work closely with the local authority to ensure we can progress the works while confirming to their requirements
If you’re property is listed there will be additional permissions required to allow you to progress the renovation works to your home. We will work closely with the local authority to ensure we can progress the works while confirming to their requirements.
